The Role
This is a remote position preferably based in Türkiye. Our headquarters are in Darmstadt, Germany. If you apply and are successful in being appointed to this position, you will join us at an exciting time. With fantastic growth in recent years, we are working to ensure that this growth can continue for many years. The purpose of this position is to drive and manage the growth of bake enzymes sales within Türkiye and the MENA region.You will be responsible for all selected key accounts in Türkiye, as well as for selected key accounts in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Your Responsibilities: Proactive account planning and sales analysis to maximize market opportunities and drive sales growth Identify, create, quantify, and prioritize new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers based on multi-level contacts Develop and manage sales through distributors in the assigned region Negotiate contracts and finalize deals through to execution Technical sales of enzymes for Bake applications with a focus on revenue growth Collaborate closely with the Regional Commercial Manager and other internal functions to manage daily customer relationships Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations Achieving sales objectives and KPI’s with the regional account(s) Deliver high accuracy in sales forecasting and reporting About You
Degree in Sales Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline MBA is a plus 8+ years of experience in solution-based sales, ideally in the food ingredients sector Experience in the baking enzymes industry Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent negotiation and contract closing skills Native Turkish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic or French is a plus Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in a matrix organization Proficient in MS 365, CRM systems, and other business software Valid driving license Why Us
