As a Front Desk Agent, greet guests and register them, and check guests out of the hotel while delivering outstanding guest service and supporting financial profitability. Input and retrieve information in the computer system, confirm guest information and room rate, select rooms, code electronic keys, assist guests with check-out, ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted, and process payments (including handling money, credit and debit cards, foreign currency, change, and gift certificates). Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area; answer guest questions and inquiries. Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize room occupancy. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, and handle guest complaints by researching and negotiating solutions for guest satisfaction. Qualifications

Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; strong computer skills; and team spirit. Equal Opportunity
