Automotive Dealership Accounting Clerk

Mills Auto Group is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk for our Northeastern North Carolina Centralized Accounting Office. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus. Applicant must be able to work with staff at satellite locations and be able to work within multiple automotive manufacturers. WE OFFER: Health, Dental, Medical 401K Paid Time Off RESPONSIBILITIES: Post Invoices into CDK Issue checks Cancel Warranties through third party vendor Post cancellations into CDK Reconcile VSC vendor schedule Cut cancellation checks to banks and customers Quickly and efficiently handle customer inquiries Work with staff at satellite locations Post Warranty payments from Manufacturers Other clerical tasks as needed REQUIREMENTS: Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software Excellent customer service and communication skills About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
