Our client, a well-funded Series A pediatric health company, is conducting a search for hands-on Head of Product.
They've raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, and Tia.

Responsibilities
- Delivering results: You have a bias for action. You're a strong executor who gets things done.
- Define and evolve the product vision & roadmap: Drive the future of pediatric digital health by translating the founders’ vision to an executable roadmap and product capabilities.
- AI-Forward Leadership: Champion the integration of AI – including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, generative design, and intelligent automation – into our workflows. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate product discovery, enhance team efficiency.
- Build the product function: Establish processes and best practices, with an ability to attract top talent as the function grows.
- Obsess over growth: Identify ways the product can unlock adoption and engagement.
- Data-driven decision making: Define and track metrics, design experiments, and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to prioritize effectively.
- Drive prioritization & alignment: Navigate trade-offs and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
- Operate with a startup mindset : Be hands-on, scrappy, and iterative in your approach. Test and learn quickly, but always design with scalability in mind.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in mental health, telehealth, or clinical workflow.
- 2+ years of managing, with a track record of recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Adopted AI/ML tools and capabilities into core products or workflows.
- Track record of building products that have met or exceeded business KPIs.
- Strong UX/UI sense and the ability to translate user needs into elegant, usable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams.
- Experience in startup environments (Series A-C) and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Additional Information:
Location: San Francisco/Bay Area (1-2x a week in office)
