We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Hardware Technical team across engineering builds, prototype coordination, inventory management, and cross-functional hardware workflows. This role will play a critical part in aligning internal engineering initiatives with program execution, ensuring timely delivery, issue tracking, and operational readiness across multiple hardware programs.

Scope/Required:
• Support engineering prototype builds and manage associated processes.
• Coordinate module retrofits in the vehicle fleet in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage inventory and tracking of engineering parts, including allocation and distribution.
• Systematically identify gaps and risks across the system and drive plans to resolve them.
• Assist with product lifecycle management and bill of materials (BOM) oversight.
• Structure and manage new program initiatives.
• Coordinate lab reworks, hardware setups, and test station setups.
• Handle engineering logistics such as shipping, receiving, and parts evaluation/classification.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support including calibration tracking, log tracking, and purchase requests.
• Manage lab work orders and rework coordination.
• Support infrastructure changes in the lab and debug/test needs.
• Assist with vehicle builds for new product introduction cycles.
• Coordinate test hardware requirements across various teams.
• Support module-level technical program managers and work across HW, supply chain, validation, and manufacturing teams to align deliverables and track milestones.

Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00+ Depends on experience
