The Opportunity

We’re looking for dedicated Production Technicians to join our growing operations team.

You’ll work on commercial and multifamily roof systems, assisting foremen in delivering safe, high-quality installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

· Tear off and remove existing commercial roof systems safely and efficiently.

· Install new commercial roof systems, including single-ply membranes (TPO, PVC, EPDM).

· Perform precise heat welding and field wrapping for seams and details.

· Follow Foreman directions and maintain clear communication throughout each project.

· Understand and execute the details of commercial roofing systems, including flashings and penetrations.

· Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Accurately read a tape measure and perform layout measurements.

· Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive jobsite environment.

· Adhere to all ARC safety protocols, including fall protection, lift operation, and first aid standards.

· Support foremen and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to ARC’s standards of excellence.

Required Qualifications

· Experience in commercial roofing tear-offs and installations (single-ply preferred).

· Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in 7 years).

· CPR / First Aid and Fall Protection training (or willingness to obtain).

· Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

· NRCA Pro Certification – Installer.

· NRCA TRAC Program Certificates (TPO, EPDM, Metal, Tile).

· Manufacturer-specific training (GAF, Carlisle, Firestone, Johns Manville, etc.).

· Bilingual (English/Spanish).
