We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of complex infrastructure projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing field operations, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling standards.
Job Details
Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily site operations, managing all phases of infrastructure projects from ground preparation through project closeout. Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, budgets, and regulatory standards. Lead on-site safety initiatives, including regular briefings, inspections, and training sessions, while fostering a culture of accountability and accident prevention. Optimize the use of labor, equipment, and materials to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate and guide subcontractors, trades, and equipment operators to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. Serve as the primary point of leadership on the job site, addressing challenges quickly and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience and 5+ years in a supervisory capacity overseeing large-scale civil, wastewater, utility, or treatment facility projects. OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional credentials in construction management, environmental compliance, or related specialties are a plus. In-depth knowledge of concrete, mechanical, and electrical systems, with prior experience in complex infrastructure builds. Proficiency with construction management software (such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms). Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing multiple subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Salary: $120k - $135k plus project bonuses + sign on bonus
