Job Details

We are seeking a driven litigation paralegal to join our team, supporting attorneys on complex matters involving transportation, trucking, and general liability.

**Responsibilities:**

* Draft and manage discovery, medical summaries, subpoenas, and trial preparation materials * Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including trial * Coordinate with clients, experts, and co-counsel while managing case calendars and docketing * Assist in deposition preparation and organize trial exhibits and witness files * Ensure accurate and timely entry of billable hours

**Qualifications:**

* Civil litigation experience required * Insurance defense preferred * Strong working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures * Proficiency with case management and document review tools * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
