Job Details

We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our Greensboro, NC office.

This is a 7-week assignment.

You will assist in handling front desk duties, welcoming clients to our office, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of prior customer service experience, be committed to providing excellent client experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to switch quickly between multiple tasks.

What Youll Do: Welcome clients to our office and coordinate scheduling / movement between conference rooms Notify attorneys of client arrival Provide top customer service in-person, by phone, and through email. Receive mail/packages and distribute according to process Answer phones and provide answers to frequently asked questions Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

What Youll Need: Previous experience as receptionist is preferred but not required. Great communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Dependable Technologically savvy Skilled multi-tasker Highly organized
