We are seeking a
detail-oriented and reliable Assembly/Quality Inspector
to join our team! In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for assembling components to precise specifications and performing quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
Schedule
:1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
Pay rate
: $19-20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly
:
Assemble mechanical or electronic parts and components using hand tools or machines
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, or instructions
Perform basic testing and calibration as needed
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Report any issues with parts or tools to supervisors
Quality Inspection
:
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects or deviations
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure accuracy
Document inspection results and maintain detailed records
Identify recurring quality issues and report them to the Quality Supervisor
Work with production team to improve product quality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of assembly and/or quality inspection experience
Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer skills for data entry
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
