Schedule: 1st shift Starting Rate: $20.00-$24.00 Job Duties: Operate precision inspection tools such as: CMMs , Optical Comparators , Vision Systems (Keyence, Micro Vu), Micrometers , Calipers , and more Perform First Article , In-Process , and Final Inspections Support Validation Activities and maintain accurate Device History Records (DHRs) Review incoming materials for dimensional accuracy and documentation compliance Monitor trends through quality data entry and reporting Identify, tag, and log non-conforming materials Collaborate with the Material Review Board (MRB) and Quality Engineers for corrective actions Participate in process evaluations and contribute to preventive improvements Skills & Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Experience with advanced inspection equipment and standard dimensional gauges Ability to read technical prints and customer specifications Familiarity with ISO 13485 and CFR 820 regulations Working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) Strong computer skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication in English Experience using measurement hand tools Worked in an inspection position before Understand inspection documentation Multitasking and organized Background on vision system (extra) For immediate consideration please contact Barbara at 978-798-1610!
