About the Role As a Culinary Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment that adheres to all health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, appliances, sinks, walls, floors, and fixtures. Sweeping and mopping with appropriate cleaning products. Washing kitchen mats and assisting with trash, recycling, and food waste removal. Monitoring cleaning supply levels and restocking when necessary. Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to management. Following all food safety and sanitation standards. Assisting with dishwashing or general cleaning tasks as needed. Qualifications Able to stand and walk for extended periods (7-12 hours depending on shift length). Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
