Full-time Final QC Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-time Final QC Inspector to join our quality assurance team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control inspection, with a focus on electronic assemblies and cable harnesses. This position requires proficiency in IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, as well as a strong background in quality inspection techniques.

Shift:

Monday - Thursday 7 am- 4:30 pm, Fridays 7 am -12 pm

OT Schedule:

Monday- Thursday, 6 am- 5:30 pm, Friday 6 am- 2 pm

Pay: $21-25/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Perform final quality control inspections on electronic assemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and cable harnesses to ensure compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications Utilize visual inspection techniques and measurement tools to identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues Conduct thorough examinations of products at various stages of the manufacturing process Verify that all components and materials meet required specifications and quality standards Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Qualifications

2+ years of experience in quality control inspection, preferably in the aerospace industry IPC-A-610 Certification preferred IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification preferred Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and methodologies Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects and non-conformities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
