Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Associate Supply Chain Specialist. This full-time role supports procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supply chain analytics within a vibrant healthcare system that includes a Critical Access Hospital and multiple clinics. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to strategic projects and providing cross-departmental support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage requisition workflows, source approved items, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies. Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues. Monitor stock levels, support stocking and freight check-in, manage reorder points, and assist with department transfers. Coordinate incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend solutions during supply disruptions. Provide coverage and operational support across supply chain roles during absences or peak workloads. Maintain item master data, update supply templates, and assist with ERP system buildouts and data conversions. Contribute to special initiatives, workflow improvements, and policy development. Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college coursework or technical training/certification preferred. An Associate's degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement is required. Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools. Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills across clinical and non-clinical teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities. Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
