Position Summary

The Administrative Specialist performs a wide range of administrative duties of moderate to high complexity with minimal supervision. This role requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and a working knowledge of office procedures, systems, and terminology.

Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, following established procedures and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Enter and manage data, perform calculations, and compile financial, statistical, or technical information for reports and projects. Compose and proofread correspondence and documentation, ensuring grammatical accuracy and compliance with company standards. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel (domestic and international), including logistics, accommodations, and agendas. Act as a liaison between departments, customers, and executive-level staff to ensure timely communication and task completion. Maintain organized and confidential filing systems, records, and reports. Handle inquiries, screen calls, and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Conduct research and data collection to support departmental projects and problem resolution. Prioritize work independently, delegate tasks as needed, and assist other team members when required. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support operational objectives. Qualifications

Minimum of

3 years of relevant administrative or office experience ; certificate or coursework in a related field preferred. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

and other office technology; strong keyboarding skills (55+ WPM). Excellent

verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to maintain

confidentiality

and handle sensitive information with discretion. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of personnel.
