Quality Control Inspector
to support detailed inspections of complex microwave assemblies and hybrid circuits used in military RF and aerospace applications. This is a hands-on role in a clean room environment where your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your Impact
As a
Quality Inspector
, you'll be a key player in ensuring products meet internal, regulatory, and customer specifications. You'll collaborate with Operations and Engineering to maintain quality, reduce non-conformance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Perform incoming, in-process, precap, and final inspections of hybrid microelectronic assemblies
Use microscopes and precision tools to inspect components in a clean room setting
Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using calipers, pin gages, thread gages, and more
Interpret mechanical, assembly, and electrical drawings
Document inspection results and support quality improvement efforts
Collaborate across teams to ensure product and process conformity
Monitor and reduce quality non-conformance while maintaining efficiency
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of inspection experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hybrid microelectronics, especially in military RF environments
Familiarity with MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001
Skilled in wire bonding, integrated circuits, and precision mechanical inspection
IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (active or previous)
Experience with microelectronic/mechanical assemblies and Helicoil inspection
Background in AS9100 Aerospace or other regulated industries (ISO9001, ISO13485)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details:
$40.00 per hour
