Examine and cure requirements set forth in drilling and division order title opinions Supervise lease brokers and manage prospect lease acquisitions and associated expenditures Job Requirements
Landman with 7+ years of in-house oil and gas industry experience, preferably including work in the Appalachia Basin Experience in drafting a wide range of agreements, including Operating Agreements (O/A), Farmin (F/I), and Farmout (F/O) Agreements Proven ability to supervise brokers, acquire leases, and cure title issues Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects in a team environment Bachelor's degree required; Petroleum Land Management (PLM) degree preferred
This position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
