Job Description

The HRIS Analyst is a member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team within the Amcor Shared Services department under Human Resources. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance and maintain HCM Systems (primarily UKG) that support HR process and functions for HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, and Time & Absence. You will partner with COE's and Business Leaders from HR, Finance, IT, and others to ensure operational efficiency and to drive new solutions that support business goals and objectives.

The HRIS Analyst will manage more complex data, including data integrity check and advanced data manipulation, create advanced custom reports, identify trends and provide insight to HR and management, participate in HRIS projects including system implementations, update and process improvements, provide advanced support and user training, resolve escalated issues, assist in configuring and customizing the HRIS to meet business needs, and execute testing while adhering to audit and compliance requirements to ensure Amcor solutions are governed appropriately.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in UKG Pro - Workforce Management

Provides day-to-day support of HR Systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex tier 2 issues in functional area via ServiceNow tickets

Maintain and support UKG configuration based on business requirements

Partners with COE's, HR Partners and other functions to understand current and future business needs

Gather and document business requirements and processes

Design, analyze, configure, test, and document HR solutions

Participate in the review, analysis, implementation, and testing of UKG software releases for a given functional area

Understand and communicate UKG roadmaps for a given functional area

Support HR Technology initiatives by gathering requirements, configuration, report builds, testing, training, and documentation

Creates reports and dashboards

Understands UKG security

Delivers service levels consistent with agreed upon service level agreements and quality measures

Ensures appropriate audit and compliance levels are met

Work with the HR Community to share and provide best practices, tips, and advice

Ability to work on multiple projects, deadlines at the same time

Provide assistance to HRIS Specialists

Leverages software communities, personal networks, and external vendors to research best practices, solutions, issue resolutions, and ideas

Aware of current HR Technology trends

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

2 to 6 years of HRIS (UKG) work experience

UKG Pro experience a plus

Experience in a complex, manufacturing, multiple employee group organization preferred

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Finance or IT

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $85,600 to $107,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $85,600 to $128,400 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
