STARTING RATE:
$19.00-$20.25 (Depending Upon Experience) 1st Shift (6:30-3:00pm)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for shipping and logging all outgoing mail and products. Maintain inventory of finished goods and WIP (work in progress). MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities:
Keep an accurate inventory count of shipping supplies and finished goods, including WIP Print packing slips for outgoing orders Thoroughly count products being shipped out to customers and checking them against packing slips Carefully package products for shipping Accurately process all shipments Keep shipping area clean and tidy Accept and conduct a thorough check/count of incoming shipments, if needed Enter and post received items in IQMS, if needed Learn and use IQMS as it applies to job Promote quality and safety Ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to ISO and/or other standards Overtime as needed on a project-by-project basis Perform other job duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: High school education or equivalent
Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding and/or shipping preferred, but not required
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Speak, read, and write English to be easily understood Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or blueprint format Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Excellent hand/eye coordination: manual dexterity, good vision Ability to do basic math Possess intermediate computer skills Willingness to work flexible hours Detail-oriented Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Forklift certified or have the ability to become forklift certified Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers
