Job Description: Role: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer
Location: Remote

Required Skillset/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud. • Proficiency in: o Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Builder/Flow, and SFDX. o SOQL and SOSL. o Object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript). o RESTful API development and integration. • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo). • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Preferred: • Salesforce Developer certifications. • Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee). • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless architecture (e.g., Lambda, SQS). • Strong understanding of both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform). • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog). • Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks. • Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across multiple Salesforce orgs.
