Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (federal and state).
• Advise international clients on cross-border tax and accounting matters.
• Manage monthly accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting in cloud tools (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Collaborate with global teams on structuring, entity set‑up and multi‑jurisdiction compliance.
• Monitor IRS, FAS and international tax developments and apply guidance to client work.

Requirements

• Based in or able to commute regularly within the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable with cloud accounting platforms and a tech‑enabled workflow.
• Experience with international tax, startups, or digital‑asset businesses is a plus.
• Active U.S. CPA licence is a plus
