JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate handling of materials, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining productivity and quality goals. This role involves operating order pickers or reaches trucks, managing inventory through computer systems and RF scanners, and fulfilling customer and internal requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities: Operate order picker or reach truck safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all warehouse health and safety measures. Perform accurate inventory management using computer systems and RF scanners. Maintain individual productivity and quality standards as per departmental requirements. Handle shipping, receiving, and product-related tasks efficiently. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer requests. Perform basic math and data recording duties accurately. Work assigned shift hours with flexibility for overtime as required by operations. Lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more and stand for extended periods. Utilize WMS console, SAP ECC Projection systems (P47), and Manhattan WMS system. Maintain attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication. Ensure all warehouse documentation and data entry tasks are completed accurately. Required Qualifications:
Experience operating order picker or reach truck. Solid understanding of warehouse health and safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Proficiency in computer use and RF scanner operation. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work on feet for extended hours. Experience in shipping, receiving, or related warehouse functions. Familiarity with WMS console, SAP ECC Projection systems (P47), and Manhattan WMS system. Forklift certification beneficial for handling large shipments. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating Raymond equipment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
