The Crane Operator position involves loading and unloading our structural steel inventory via the use of overhead cranes or other material handling equipment. Information on material movement is specified according to work orders and by directive of supervisors. We offer great benefits and a bonus program. Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function
Log and report inventory location changes according to specified procedure
Assemble customer orders according to work orders
Log and tag inventory received according to specified procedure
Record pertinent material information on to work orders or other forms as specified by management
Special projects as specified by management.
Performance of other Warehouse or Processing / Maintenance Department tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work.

Required Skills
Minimum 1-2 years industrial materials handling.
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and write.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
