Full-Stack Engineer

What is this role? As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and researchers to turn cutting-edge AI systems into production-ready tools and user experiences. You'll build across the stack-from frontend interfaces in React to backend APIs in Next.js and Python-and help define how our systems scale as we grow.
What do we expect?
Must have:
• Strong experience with
React ,
TypeScript , and modern web frameworks • Comfort working across the stack (we use
Next.js
and write a lot of
Python ) • Experience integrating APIs and managing state in complex applications • A focus on creating smooth, responsive, and accessible user experiences • Strong product sense-balancing speed, usability, and technical quality
Nice to have:
• Experience with AI or data-driven products • Familiarity with design systems or UX design tools • Interest in emerging UX patterns for AI-driven interfaces • Exposure to backend performance optimization or distributed systems
Compensation & Benefits
$100K - $250K + Equity
