Product Management We are seeking a
Product Manager
with deep experience in merchandising and supply chain domains to lead the development and delivery of innovative, data-driven products. In this role, you will define, develop, and manage the lifecycle of products that enhance business operations and customer experience across multiple teams and platforms.
As part of the product management function, you will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product definition, approval, and launch. You will also contribute to the overall product strategy, oversee product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Responsibilities:
Define and develop new products or key product features, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead cross-organizational efforts to obtain approval and successfully launch products. Create detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans. Conduct market and technology evaluations to identify opportunities and drive innovation. Manage product performance, potentially including profit and loss (P&L) accountability. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver products on time and within scope. Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements. Utilize Agile methodologies and JIRA to manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Product Manager , preferably in the
merchandising or supply chain
domain. Strong understanding of
Agile
methodologies and experience working with
Atlassian JIRA . Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $60.00 - $85.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
