About the Role:

The CDL Driver with a P Endorsement plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers and goods within designated routes. This position requires operating commercial vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. The driver will be responsible for maintaining vehicle condition, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adhering to schedules to meet operational demands. Minimum Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger (P) Endorsement. Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years. Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screening. Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations and safety standards. Proven experience operating commercial passenger vehicles safely. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with route planning and time management in a transportation setting. Familiarity with GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDs). Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with passengers. Additional endorsements such as Air Brake (S) or School Bus (S) endorsements. Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates and resolve any transportation issues.
