Key Responsibilities

we combine e-commerce excellence with AI-powered innovation to scale globally loved DTC brands. As a Senior QA Specialist, you'll be the guardian of quality-designing and executing both manual and automated testing strategies that ensure reliability, performance, and outstanding user experience across our platforms.

You'll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to build robust testing frameworks, uncover issues before they impact customers, and drive continuous improvements in process and product quality. Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across ecommerce, back-end, and internal applications. Build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright, Java, Kotlin) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Identify and prioritize critical scenarios for automation-expanding coverage month by month. Test APIs, validate payloads, and support automation of key service flows. Maintain comprehensive documentation: test plans, cases, change logs, and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Product, AI) to identify, analyze, and prevent issues early. Deliver detailed defect reports and track resolutions while ensuring visibility for stakeholders. Propose improvements to QA processes, automation strategies, and overall product quality. Lead design of new testing flows for critical business features, ensuring scalability and reliability. Act as a problem-solver and process owner, driving continuous improvement. 5+ years of QA experience, with expertise in both manual and automated testing. Strong skills in automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or similar) and programming in Java/Kotlin. Proficient in API testing and scripting. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Behavior Driven Development (BDD). Skilled in writing and maintaining clear, comprehensive test cases. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communicator-capable of providing clear statuses, reporting risks, and aligning with stakeholders. Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluent in English. Bonus: experience in AI testing, ecommerce platforms, or performance/load testing.
