- Perform accurate data entry and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Use advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and conditional formatting to analyze and present data.
- Assist in preparing presentations for team meetings and stakeholders.
- Support immigration processes, including managing visa documentation.
- Ensure compliance and audit documents are current and accessible.
- Organize shared drives by renaming and restructuring files for better usability.
- Handle sensitive information while upholding confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and follow directions to achieve team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and advanced functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
