Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from data entry to customer service. The successful candidate must have experience within property management and is looking to work for a HQ office. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Handling invoices, data entry, reports, and editing/drafting documents
- Maintain effective email correspondence with customers and team members
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively, especially Excel and Outlook
- Supporting property management team with various administrative task.
- Provide administrative assistance in various office functions
- Contribute to administrative management tasks
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative/ office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi is a plus.
- Great working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Exceptional skill using computers.
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence
- Must be able to provide administrative assistance and manage administrative office tasks effectively
- Experience in administrative management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
