- Review onboarding documents for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and state, federal, and local regulations.
- Facilitate communication with new hires regarding any missing or incomplete forms, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring timely updates and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding schedules, including new hire orientation sessions and training logistics.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related processes, including filing, data entry, and tracking deadlines.
- Communicate with HR team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding operations.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting HR functions.
- Familiarity with HR compliance standards and laws is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
