- Business Planning and Strategy

- Product Management
- - Oversee product selection and manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely launches.
- - Lead the transition from product ideation to market introduction, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- - Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments to support innovative product development and execution.
- Revenue & Performance Management
- - Manage and optimize revenue streams to meet financial targets, overseeing P&L responsibilities.
- - Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Marketing Management
- - Provide strategic guidance for marketing initiatives and ensure effective implementation of campaigns.
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- International Business Strategy and Support
- - Develop and execute international business strategies to expand the reach of cosmetic brands.
- - Provide support to international markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Team Management
- - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- - Manage service requests from other departments and ensure efficient communication across teams.
- Project Management
- - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, reporting and escalating issues to management as necessary.
- - Ensure proper execution of product development with third-party manufacturers.
- - Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.
- - Minimum of seven (7) years of corporate experience
- - Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution.
- - Strong background in product management and marketing, including managing the launch process from start to finish.
- - Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
- - Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and fashion category, culture, and seasonal trends.
- - Excellent organizational planning and follow-up skills, with assertiveness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- - Proficiency in both Korean and English (Required)
- - Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and timely.
