Looking to hire a receptionist in the heart of Chagrin Falls, OH! We are seeking people who are looking to work full time as well as part time!


Job Function

Customer Service is provided beforeduring—and after a Purchase.  It is a combination of Practices for the general public, performed by the Profession known as Salon Coordinator .  Customer Service includes—but is not limited to—the following Practices: Phone Answering, Client Greeting, Appointment Making, Appointment Confirming, Money Collecting, Product Recommending, Service Recommending, Customer Service Practice, and similar work to ensure Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty and Retention.

 

Job Purpose

 

To exceed the client’s expectations through extraordinary Customer Service, recommend Action Steps to enhance the Client experience, and support Client expectation for the end result of their session/s.  Achieve Performance Goals through tracking and continuous improvement.

  • Protect the Public’s Health, Safety and Welfare by handling the Responsibilities of the Salon Coordinator
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge, skills and abilities by handling the Responsibilities of the Salon Coordinator
  • Provide Product Recommendations and Service Recommendations.
  • Track and monitor attainment toward Business Goals.
  • Communicate with the appropriate Salon & Spa Team Member(s) on a daily basis, including One-on-One Encounters and Team Meetings.
  • Participate in on-going Education to continuously improve knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Treat all client’s and other team members with respect
  • Attend salon meetings
  • Attend any required classes to forward your position
  • The ability to multi-task

 

 

 

Job Accountabilities

 

  • Answer phone always using script provided
  • Greet all Guests immediately upon entering the Salon/Spa
  • Book all Guest appointments
  • Make Guest confirmation calls 48 to 72 hours in advance of their appt.
  • New customer “Thank You” calls
  • Rescheduling No Shows
  • Learn, know and consistently use with each guest the Pre-booking system
  • Inventory retail every Tuesday
  • Call order into the Distributor after completing inventory
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Make bank deposits daily
  • Offer and provide guest with beverage and magazine after greeting them
  • Stock retail products
  • Run all credit card transactions
