Our Board Certified Pediatricians are here to serve you and provide a safe and comprehensive medical home for your children. We offer a full range of pediatric services and treatments to keep your child healthy, including Well Visits, ADHD, Newborn Care, Ear Piercings, Lactation Consultations, Developmental Delay, Immunizations, Asthma, Allergies, Rashes, and much more.
As the Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth scheduling, recordkeeping, and insurance verification. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and eager to support a community-focused healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming phone calls
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing tasks
- Support hearing aid services including testing, cleanings, and consultations
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients
