Description We are looking for a personable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Angels Camp California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks effectively. This is a Contract position within the insurance industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. Goal is industry experience and preferably licensed. Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and guests warmly, ensuring a meticulous and friendly reception experience.
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries regarding insurance policies and procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other essential materials in a timely manner.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Process both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Support internal teams with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with answering inquiries and assisting customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls and maintain a high level of professionalism.
