Our client, a leading manufacturer in the automotive and industrial sectors, is seeking a **Production Worker** to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting quality production and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Job Title:** Production Worker
• *Location:** Trenton, OH
• *Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour
• *Available Shifts:**

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:40 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday ; 10:40 pm - 7:00 am

**What's the Job?**

• Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled correctly.
• Operate machinery such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and other production equipment.
• Pack finished parts into containers following specified standards.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all safety policies during production activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing safety and productivity ideas.

**What's Needed?**

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and follow safety procedures diligently.
