Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a dependable attitude, the ability to work independently or with others, and a willingness to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Job Title:** Production Worker
• *Location: Buffalo Grove, IL**
• *Pay Range:** $20 - 21.26 per hour
• *Shift:** 3rd Shift, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
• *What's the Job?**

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards
• Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
• Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient workflow
• Rotate between different operations within the work cell and departments
• Prepare and maintain work records and communicate process issues when necessary

**What's Needed?**

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
• Dependable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attitude, adaptability, and ability to follow directions
