Production Operator Job at Staffmark in Bardstown

Staffmark is hiring Production Operators to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Bardstown, KY! If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hr | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: $18.00/hr | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (work every other weekend)

What You'll Do:

• Operate equipment safely while following all PPE and safety protocols
• Read and follow product documentation, quality alerts, and work instructions
• Trim, clean, and assemble components using hand tools
• Maintain efficient production flow and prevent workstation backlog
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Support onboarding of new team members and cross-functional teams
• Follow Standard Work (STW) guidelines and assist with continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (including weekends)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
