Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting technical assistance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

- *Pay Range:** $19.59 hourly
- *What's the Job?**
- Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols
- Resolve difficult technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts and proactive notifications
- Address service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions regarding features, specifications, and repairs
- Proactively assist customers to prevent or reduce problem occurrence
- Participate in projects, providing resolution and feedback based on analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of general experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles, remote support, or telephone support
- Ability to diagnose hardware issues confidently to FRU level and train team members on new technologies
