Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. • *Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
• *Location:** Romulus, MI
• *Pay Range:** $20/hr
• *Shift:** First Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• *What's the Job?**

• Interact with customers to provide information about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Determine customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or follow-up actions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation

**What's Needed?**

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software is a plus
