BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated REMOTE Call Center Representative/ Customer Services/ CSR opportunity!

Position Title: REMOTE Call Center Representative/ Customer Services/ CSR

Location: REMOTE but must be local to Greenville, SC

Anticipated Start Date: 1st December 2025

Expected Duration: 4+ month (Very high possibility of extension for 6 more months)
Job Type: FULL TIME (40hrs/week), CONTRACT, 100% Remote Role

Pay Range: $18.30/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional nonstandard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Working Shift:

M-F, 8-hour shifts between 7 am - 7 pm EST

Job Description:

· Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails

· Conduct outreach phone calls and/or emails

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Recognize and follow call flows with scripts

· Research and review customer inquiries

· Research information using multiple systems

· Relay research findings and outcomes to customers

· Identify and escalate appropriate issues

· Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs

· Recognize and alert management of risk and trends

· Quickly transition from one task to another

· Maintain a professional demeanor

· Other duties as assigned

· Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications (Required Credentials)

· 2 years of Customer Service experience

· 1 year of call center environment experience

· High School Diploma or GED

· Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc.

· Data entry experience

· Listening, verbal, and written communication experience

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
