This role focuses on liquid finishing operations and is scheduled for the second shift, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Production: Perform assembly and finishing tasks for liquid products, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues to the supervisor.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain assembly and finishing equipment. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Documentation: Complete production records, logs, and other required documentation accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and initiatives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in a liquid finishing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
