• Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures
• Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8 - 12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment
• Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications
• Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner
• Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards
• Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training

Essential to this Position General Labor pay starts at $21.05 up to $22.02 after 120 days. Opportunities: Post for jobs after 60 days Shifts: 1st: 7:00am-3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm-7:00am Training: Training will occur on 1st shift for one week, and then you will move to 2nd or 3rd shift. Education / Certifications Education Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Desired Technical Degree Skills & Experience Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Prior Power industrial Truck (PIT) / Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills - data entry
• Prior Manufacturing or Industrial Services experience preferred
• Satisfactory reading comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime including weekends
