Facility:
This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility providing comprehensive gastroenterology services to the Kalispell community. The facility is a Level 3 trauma center with strong provider support and modern medical equipment, ensuring excellent patient care in northwestern Montana.

Board Certified - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
Job Details:
• Provide 24-hour call coverage with rounding responsibilities as needed
• Call schedule includes specific dates: Jan 26-Feb 2, 2026, March 30-April 5, June 22-July 6, and Dec 28-Jan 3, 2027
• Orientation scheduled for Jan 26, 2026 (8am-12pm) with call beginning at 12pm
• ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) skills required - both diagnostic and therapeutic
• Perform upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, and injection of varices
• Conduct PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) procedures
• Perform esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation
• Complete small bowel biopsies and liver biopsies
• Conduct lower GI endoscopy including flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy
• Perform colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
• Experience with insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube required
• Board Certification required (Board Eligible candidates cannot be considered)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Lodging available at Spring Hill Suites with travel discount
• All call shifts are (7am-7am)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
