Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: To be determined
• End Date: To be determined
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with possible 10-hour shifts

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient setting
• Includes some Chronic Pain Management
• Chart closure within 72 hours
• Patient Encounters: Minimum 18 patients per day
• Mix of pediatric and adult patients
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
• Active DEA required before start
• Credentialing: 30-60 days
• Required Immunizations: Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
• DOs accepted
• Licensed in CA only
• BLS
