Insight Global's client is a fast‑growing dental marketplace startup based in downtown Miami, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiter to fill in as they are having an uptick in hiring. In this position you'll be managing 5 to 10 requisitions at a time, often multiple openings under the same title, and screening 10 to 15 candidates weekly. A big part of your day will be reviewing applicants, coordinating phone interviews, and syncing up with hiring managers and leaders to move candidates through the funnel quickly and effectively. You'll also manage onsite interview scheduling, gather feedback, and act as a trusted partner to cross‑functional teams including senior leaders and members of the C‑suite. Most of the openings you will work on are related to sales and other corporate functions such as marketing or learning and development, where your knack for matching great people with the right roles will shine. This position is a 3‑month contract that will likely end at the end of January but has a possibility for extension. This is hybrid onsite in Downtown Miami 4 days a week and 1 day from home, 8:30 AM–5 PM.
Base Pay Range
$20.00 /hr – $25.00 /hr
Required Skills and Experience
2‑5+ years of recruiting experience
Adaptability and used to working on small teams and without much structure
Comfortable working for a start‑up and having fewer resources
Start‑up experience, high volume recruiting, being the only recruiter, or working for a staffing agency
Able to get comfortable and pick up on things quickly
Compensation matches the base pay range but may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
