- Lead elements of system changes
- Analyze accounting processes across the organization
- Develop and implement standard procedures
- Work directly with corporate accounting functions
- Support staff with reconciliations and reviews
- Monthly and year-end close
- Provide training to new and existing team members as needed.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably training and leading a team
- Experienced with NetSuite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, stay organized within NetSuite
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
