Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other statutory financial obligations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
