- Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in calculations.
- Prepare and manage certified payroll reports in accordance with applicable standards.
- Review and reconcile expense reports, maintaining clear records and documentation.
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for accounting and payroll functions.
- Ensure all payroll and administrative processes are completed with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain organized and accurate records for payroll and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to address any payroll-related inquiries or issues.
- Assist in the implementation of office procedures to increase efficiency.
- Support other accounting or administrative duties as assigned. Requirements - Proven experience in payroll processing, including multi-state payroll.
- Knowledge of certified payroll requirements and reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in office administration and managing expense reports.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting and payroll regulations.
