I'm working with an exciting, PE-backed Health Care company in a high-growth phase that's actively hiring for an Accounting Manager role. This is your opportunity to shift to industry with a dynamic team of former Big 4 and top regional CPA professionals. Who's a great fit for this role? A Senior Auditor or Senior Accountant in industry ready to grow into a Manager role Someone ready to roll up their sleeves in a startup-like environment involving building processes, tackling accounting challenges, and driving improvements This opportunity is tailor-made for those in public accounting looking to make the leap into industry-especially before busy season knocks again. This is a high growth company, there will be a lot building, process improvements etc. Need someone that can work and flourish in a typical startup environment. They are in the office 3 days a week and remote 2 days (maybe some flexibility) As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm). Compensation is based on experience: The Accounting Manager is between $110 - $130k base + discretionary bonus The role will cover:

• Managing a small team of accountants
• Assisting with the month end close
• Supporting the preparation of the financial statements
• Intercompany transactions, they have many entities that role up into Corporate
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and best practices

• Pubic accounting foundation is a +
• CPA or parts passed is a
• + Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot tables etc.)
• A minimum of a BA/BS in Accounting from a top accredited school
• 3+ years of experience.

Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial.
