Job Description Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller - Savannah (onsite) Financial Reporting:
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into key performance indicators and trends. • Cost Control:
• Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality. • Financial Planning and Strategy:
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess the financial feasibility of expansion projects, renovations, or other capital investments. Cash Management:
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Optimize cash position and recommend investment strategies. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
